He has more than 25 years of diverse legal experience spanning sectors such as legal services, IT, management consulting and manufacturing. Besides helping companies establish their anti-sexual harassment policy, complaint redressal procedures, constitution of complaints committees, Basil has conducted training sessions on the subject for senior management, HR, Legal, complaints committee members, and on gender sensitization and awareness for all categories of employees. Basil approaches POSH from a practical and business perspective while ensuring that legal aspects are addressed in simple, easy-to-understand language. Key clients include Aditya Birla Group, Deloitte, L & T, Cognizant, Adlabs Entertainment (Imagica, Aquamagica), Parker-Hannifin India, SAS India, Mastek, Xoriant Solutions, NSE.IT and Netmagic. Basil has also served as external member on various POSH Committees and has handled various challenging cases on the subject. Basil is one of the driving forces behind the ashure tech platform that makes POSH Compliance, Training and Complaint management more effective and efficient.
Schneider is an Associate and one of the leads for Advisory and Training services. He is a key contributor in designing and implementing engaging training sessions for POSH Committee members and for employees.
